There are many online brain exercises (see a partial list below). Don't do something you hate. Pick the ones you feel are fun. Other options are reading, puzzles (Find-a-Word, Sudoku, crosswords) or games. It's important to keep yourself mentally and physically active (in addition to participating in social activities).

Metronome Online Online resource that plays a beat at a speed that you can adjust. Used in conjunction with certain exercises such as the "Percon" exercise below.
Percon Exercise used when eye movements/reading trigger symptoms. Prepares the brain for reading again. Print the Percon image on a standard 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper. Move your finger across and down the page (one half page at a time (two columns)) touching each asterisk to the beat of a metronome.
Cross Crawling Various cross crawl exercises are a way to reprogram the nervous system, spinal muscles and various systems to work optimally together.
