There are many online brain exercises (see a partial list below). Don't do something you hate. Pick the ones you feel are fun.

Other options are reading, puzzles (Find-a-Word, Sudoku, crosswords) or games. It's important to keep yourself mentally and physically active (in addition to participating in social activities).

Percon Exercise used when eye movements/reading trigger symptoms. Prepares the brain for reading again. Print the Percon image on a standard 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper. Move your finger across and down the page (one half page at a time (two columns)) touching each asterisk to the beat of a metronome.
